I stand in the distance, I view from afar

To celebrate singledom on Valentines Day, I cleverly agreed to DJ the University of Warwick's Law Ball. I look forward with extreme anticipation and joy at playing copious love songs to happy couples.

Continuing in the current Ents Department's very clever way of allocating DJs, I appear to be working from 10 till 4am, firstly doing an indie set and then a Top B set.

So dear readers, if any of you happen to check this site before about 7pm then please leave a comment and let me know of any suitable songs for dancing in either then romance or the indie genre!

Happy valentines day!

  1. "Killing me softly" by the Fugees is very romantic. Or at least the boyf and I were enjoying it this morning...

  3. You said the indie music sess was gunna be crap! We well enjoyed it, all them songs that we'd forgotten we knew... the memories! Fraid I didn't make it to the top b session, was *so* knackered by then, went and sat on a bus for ages to get home instead. Top B would probably have been better than that... Aw well, just to let you know that as you ran for, and missed, said bus, it wouldn't have helped you anyway cos it was an Earlsdon one! Is this too long for a comment? It's my first one!! See ya Monday!
